His First Day in Playgroup

I had mention before about my son going to school but unfortunately he didn't start until today. So, today was his first day to have joined playgroup and it is not an everyday job but once a week only. So, it works well with our schedule plus, a day of school for a 2 yrs and 4 months old boy is quite enough. How was it? It went alright, a little cry at first because he thought Mummy would leave him all by himself. I had to stay for the whole session which is 2 and a half hours. Christian interact with his classmate so well and with his teacher too. Today, they only did a little bit of singing and writing then played the rest of the time.

I remembered when our daughter joined the playgroup at Playhouse Banilad (Phils) now Bright Academy. Her first day was so funny because she just went into her classroom and waved goodbye to me with no crying or fussing at all. She was the same age with Christian and Daddy was so amazed with her. She was awesome and so confidently embraced the freedom. But it is very contrast to our son today, lol. He cried everytime I attempt to stand up.

Anyway, here's a photo of my son and his Grandad together watering the paddling pool.

Broke yet Happy

This is the time of the month that I felt so broke because I had to send money home for schooling purposes of my siblings, nieces and nephews. Imagine, I have 2 college which one is nursing and the other is HRM plus 3 high school and 3 elementary and all are in private school. A month ago I sent about $1300 which is about £700 for some other purposes. Couple weeks ago I had send $800 which is about £400. I used USD currency because I did it via Western Union. And this week we are due to send another $1000, if not more for schooling because the last couple weeks was only for my sister who is taking nursing course. It's a lot of money and sometimes my relatives and friends say how lucky my family to have me.

Oh well, that is what family are for. Yes, it may cost me fortune every month but at least it's all worth. Sharing the blessings that GOD has generously showered for me. I am blessed therefore I have to share it with the people I ultimately love. I complain but it doesn't mean I am not happy of what I am doing. For me, seeing my siblings, nieces, nephews complete their studies would be just great and sure it'll be one big achievement in my life. So, at least I strive harder for the reason's that I want to help not that I am forced to. I am just so damn lucky to have a man that understand the situation and the one who first offered to help anyway. He is that kind and such a big heart for sure. And we both believe that education is vital.
